Adding to my prior review with more "5"stars making it TEN stars!! TLC completed our perfect side yards, tree and shrub care, weekly maintenance for our front and back yard, and now selected the perfect replacement plants for the sage bushes we removed and the perfect beautiful Japanese Maple tree! Everyone on the team and working at the company projects knowledge and true professionalism, always prompt and such great attention to detail.

Great service and no headaches! While I will be the first to tell you they are pricey, i feel like it's worth the cost because they are easy to communicate with, they show when they say they will (I've had trouble with landscapers who don't show reliably and it's such a pain!), they are quick, and I've found all of their employees to be respectful and professional.

The TLC team has been taking care of our routine and seasonal landscape maintenance ever since we moved to the area. Gilbert and his crew are considerate, efficient, and reliable. They even proactively respond to severe weather in ways I never expected. After a major wind event, they called to ask if we had any downed limbs or trees that we needed removed. That was outside of our regular weekly visit, at no additional charge. We really appreciated how they anticipated the need and responded to it without waiting to be asked.

They did a fantastic job on our front yard redo, and annual pruning out back. Jose was especially professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what plants should be pruned and how to prune them. I highly recommend them.
